Breaducation - A Fun-filled Adventure of Dough and Delights!

Today was a truly extraordinary day at school! Jude, our amazing baker, took us on a journey of breaducation, where we learned the art of baking a scrumptious savory bread. It was an adventure filled with excitement, laughter, and the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread that filled the air.


Our breaducation began with Jude guiding us step-by-step in making the perfect dough. We learned that making dough requires patience and a little bit of magic. As we mixed the flour, water, yeast, and a pinch of love, we marveled at how the ingredients transformed into a soft, elastic ball. It was like playing with squishy, edible playdough!

Jude taught us about the importance of teamwork as we kneaded the dough together. We laughed as our little hands got covered in flour, turning our fingers into funny little ghosts. Some of us got a bit carried away with our kneading, and the dough bounced and jiggled like a silly monster! But with Jude’s guidance, we learned to give the dough gentle love pats until it became smooth and ready to rise.


As the dough rested and doubled in size, we explored the magical world of ingredients. We sniffed fragrant herbs in the butter, imagining ourselves in a secret garden of flavors. We also learned about the wonders of garlic, which can transform ordinary bread into a flavorful masterpiece. It was like discovering a treasure trove of tastes and scents!

When it was time to bake our bread, our excitement reached its peak. We carefully shaped our dough into adorable little buns, giving them personalities. Jude placed them in the oven (air fryer), and we watched the buns turn golden brown, rising and filling the room with a tantalizing aroma.


Finally, the moment we had all been waiting for arrived - it was time to enjoy our freshly baked bread! We gathered around a big table, our mouths watering with anticipation. As we took our first bites, we couldn't help but exclaim, “Yum!” The warm, buttery bread melted in our mouths, leaving behind a burst of flavors that made us feel like we were having a party in our taste buds.

To show our gratitude, we sang a special thank-you song to the parents who joined us. We clapped, swayed, and even did a little dance as we expressed our appreciation for their presence and support. It was a joyful moment that brought smiles to everyone's faces.


Our breaducation adventure didn't end there. We shared our newfound knowledge with our other teachers, becoming little bread ambassadors in our school. We explained the magic of dough, the joy of baking, and the delight of savoring our homemade bread with garlic and herb butter. Our enthusiasm was infectious, and soon our teachers were eager to try their hand at baking too!
Today was more than just a baking session; it was a day of friendship, discovery, and deliciousness. We learned that when we come together, create something with our hands, and share it with others, it becomes even more special. Our breaducation journey will forever be etched in our hearts, reminding us of the joy and togetherness we experienced in the world of baking.
